Grounds are ok, nothing in comparison to the Sheraton Vistana villages where we usually stay. Unit was very accommodating. Check in time is late 4pm, no chance of getting in your unit early. We arrived very early morning and did not get the call that unit was ready until after 4pm. Check out time is early at 10am, they wanted to charge $50.00 for one extra hour. Nonsense. Everything thing was wonderful but needs exhaust fan in bathroom.
Stayed with Family, it was a great location and great pools.
Well if it weren't for an isolated incident this place would have gotten 5 stars! I'll start with the good, the 2 bedroom villa was so cozy and perfect for my 6 person family! There was SO much to do around the resort! During our 7 day stay we only left out the resort one day to visit Disney Springs and my kiddos 17,11, 10, and 9 had so much fun! Nice place BUT you pay for the resort but have to pay $9.00 for tube for lazy river and if you need extra towels you have pay for them! Hotel is clean. Pool a bit greasy with grease marks all over side tile. Probably won’t go back.
We have been there twice we loved it. It is so close to everything.It is also close to Disney
Excellent service always , we never want to go home !!
