Awesome water area, rooms were amazing and staff is so pleasant and helpful. Our group of 13 had a blast!💕💕
Typical time share property that hands out free vacations to anyone that will take it to listen to their pitch. Which apparently means low class trashy people here on a free vacation and causing problems. While the people that own here deal with the repercussions. The pool was a free for all of kids splashing jumping and pushing into you while their parents sit by laughing. This place is a joke, my inlaws are suite owners and have been coming here Atleast twice a year for the last 15 years. But this trip has been the absolute worst of any, now that they offer discounted nightly rates to anyone that will pay them. Our vehicle got broke into during the early morning hours (while they do their nightly patrol checks) in the river island area and when we call “Security” they seemed like they could care less and told us to call Florida highway patrol to report the break in. Favorite vacation place by far! �
The children and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My son got to play basketball thus meeting new people and my daughter was able to watch a movie while she swam. All of the amenities of home without the idea of going to work or meeting deadlines. This is a cashless resort, so you use credit card or your villa key to make purchases that are billed to your account. We didn't want to leave, but we had to go back to the real world. Ugh!!
The best resort I've ever stayed at. This is where I will always bring my family when we come to Orlando.
