We were just there yesterday and the kids had a great time.At The north Lagoon village,the swimming pools are clean and well maintained.i just love to hang around there with my friends and family-its soo relaxing.You got everything you need in that awesome place.
Everyone is so helpful, this is the number one retreat for myself and my family.
Why join a resort club for $$$$$$ dollars when you can just book it through the internet. You have high maintence fees that owners pay but get poor priority when booking. The unit is to be upgrade but appliances are low grade. Other stays at other resorts have nice appliances not ones sold at the scratch and dent sale. The toaster is historical compared to today. A one bedroom should have a 4 slice toaster not 2 slice. Receptacles should be updated since more people use multiple mobile computer devises. There are extra fees ... read more
We had the same problem this past holiday weekend we are Owners and our parking passes were held hostage trying to force us into a 1 hr update. We were so annoyed. Not the way to start a family vacation. Then it gets better we get a phone call in our room and my husband had enough. So disappointed in their treatment of guests!!

Our two bedroom suite is great. The water areas and golf courses are gorgeous. Events we attended were fun. Lots to do on site. Food a tad overpriced which wouldn’t be too bad except the service at 2 of the 3 restaurants was awful. I used to be a waitress so I’m very forgiving but with 1 staff per every two tables and then ignoring our multiple attempts to wave staff over, that’s pretty serious. The worst of them was not even half full of patrons, no excuses there.
Such an amazing trip wish we didn’t have to go leave but do my best to make it back
I always love coming here. It’s everything I want it to be and more! I always have a blast with friends and family.
I’ve been coming here at Orange Lake Resort for 3 years now, it get better everytime. My 2beds looks amazing and food at the Beeze restaurant :”Suberb “.
