I signed up for rewards program and paid $200.00 for a vacation getaway. I found out a month later that it was a timeshare and the word timeshare was never mentioned in our phone conversation. Deceiving money tactics and bad business practice because I also found that it is nonrefundable���
Worst experience ever!!! I demand my refund! Booking;com's deal is USD0 cancelation fees. I canceled the booking 3 weeks prior to the check in date and yet you claim there is nonrefundable fee. I can't believe this. If it don't receive my refund within the next 3 working days, I will file and official complaint on you everywhere.
Great stay with my family Enjoyed our villa it was very spacious And all the activities and pools were perfect Can’t wait to come back

Its pretty and clean, some of the staff are helpful others are not...in fact I was given bad information several times. The free shuttles were great...but only on week days, weekend days I couldn't get a shuttle ever. You have to pay for everything here and its not cheap. You can use the pools, ping pong and billiards tables for free but that's it. And pool floaties cost you. I threw away something valuable on accident and when I called to ask for help I was told it was too late, the trash had been taken out. The next mornin... read more
