Horrible . Do not waste your money . Horrible experience from booking through the stay . It won’t let me post pictures of hair in bathroom to dead flies and nasty air vents . Lazy river is out of control with kids standing on tubes and falling over and workers doing absolutely nothing about it . You will be nickeled and dimed for everything. I haven’t stayed at an IHG resort for 3 years due to customer service, never will again . Edited to say pictures in comments .
Enjoying our stay at the East Village in Orange Lake Resort. The villa is very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Having the full size washer and dryer in the suite for our stays is a real convenience. The grounds are well kept and very attractive. Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and the staff has been very pleasant and friendly. I'm giving this a five star we stayed from Friday to Monday Morning my dad has another time share in SC, but with a different resort but this resort was absolutely amazing better then the one in S.C. it had everything in the area in walking distance plus you had shuttles that were coming there every 5 minutes . it was so clean so nice the people are nice , staff was nice it was just truly amazing and our room was so cozy a home away from home. I love the resort and facilities offered. It is not my first time at this place but check in is a problem. I waited 35 minutes in line for the check in.
Holiday Inn vacation will leave you speechless, The facility was great the customer service was amazing! They have 5 stars in my book! Thanks for allowing my kids and grandkids to have a vacation of a lifetime!!
