RecommendedWe have just arrived our first visit to check ouf our point system but it looks beautiful looks lime alot of things to do just on the premises!
We have stayed here several times , the last was October 2018 , and i have to say this resort is absolutely gorgeous! Our unit in the west side was very clean and spacious .. newer furniture, newer carpeting .. beautiful pools, every worker we encountered was friendly and pleasant, with the exception of one of the front gate operaters who was cranky because we were in the wrong entrance lane one evening returning from dinner. Today I received a phone call from Alexandria (extension 4942) informing me of a "mandatory meeting." When I told her I wouldn't be coming, and we discussed the meaning of mandatory, she began yelling at me. When she said she didn't care who I was (all I said was that as a teacher, I discuss with kids how you can't define a word with the word because she said "mandatory means mandatory.") I don't pay $1200 in fees every year and God knows how much for my unit so that I can yelled at and told what to do. Zero stars for her!

awesome... lost for words
Thought we would enjoy a nice, fun vacation only to find out upon arrival we would have to do a tour plus they tried to push our guests to do one as well. Aside from that we were charged to use most of the activities on the grounds ! Why as owners do we have to do any of this ?
This resort is Very Nice we are having a wonderful stay here
