Piney Shores HICV - There is no enforcement of rules. At the pool people are playing gangster rap with full cursing and inappropriate references. I have called three times regarding this and nothing has been done. There are many little kids at the pool and this appalls me! My unit has multiple issues as well that have been reported and nothing has been done. The picture is of one of them - the door had been kicked in last year and reported at that time. I stayed at the resort in early 2017 and I received a $100 rebate to be used within a year at any Holiday Inn hotel within a year. The rebate certificate stated that I must first stay at a hotel and then submit the receipt/folio along with the signed rebate certificate to receive a $100 check in the mail within 6-8 business weeks. I waited longer than the stated wait period and still did not receive my check.
