The villa is dirty. The staff doesn't care. I even sent pictures of hair all over the shower floor, bathtub dirty, dust caked over the air conditioning vent, mold in the bathroom, stain from coffee (WE HOPE) on the wall and floor. Also the kids linens were dirty. I called and then texted like they said to do at 5:40pm last night and heard from them at 9:30am. Food is terrible too. Honestly would be nice villas if they cleaned them.
Estive aqui com minha família em janeiro de 2019 onde tive problemas com o primeiro atendimento, então a gerente da época se desculpo muito e nos deu Upgrade, mesmo assim disse que não voltaria mais, então ela disse que não queria perder o cliente e como prova disto, pediu que eu voltasse com minha família que teríamos upgrade. Voltei agora em 31 de julho, procurei por ela e a gerente atual informou que ela não trabalha mais aqui e que não daria upgrade nenhum.
