RecommendedPerfect place to stay specially for Family
Enjoyed staying at the resort with my family. It’s perfect location, and close enough to Disney. The rooms were very big and spacious enough for my family of 6. What I didn’t care too much was the presentation for the time share. No means no, and when we mentioned we’d rather use that money to invest in our children’s college, we were told to let our kids pay for their own college! Just spent an amazing week in this resort. Plenty of things to do huge 2 bedroom suite. Loved the lazy river, jet skis, kayaking, and the bars. Never really had to leave resort in our 7 day stay. We drove to all the villages but there is a shuttle. Also upon check in we had a second floor room and I had achilles surgery 5 weeks prior and the front desk was amazing and put us on the ground level. Highly recommend and the timeshare brief was only an hour and a half.

I’ve been coming to Orange Lake for 20 years as a fixed week owner and the maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms is disappointing. I find myself having to complain every year that our room is dirty. This year we noticed the carpet had many stains including a huge red stain in the master bedroom. We pay $1,000 per year in assessment fees and it’s disappointing that there is no oversight or priority placed on having clean rooms for the guests. When arriving to the resort on July 13 the resort look nice and my family was very excited. When we scheduled the vacation we did book 2 suites. when making our reservations we asked for our rooms to be together we didn’t even get in the same building. The room that I stayed in with my daughter her fiancé and granddaughter was infested with cockroaches.
