RecommendedGreat place here every summer
Such a beautiful resort, my parents have owned timeshare here from 2000. It is unfortunate however that as I now rent my own apartment with my family to coincide with their weeks that all I ever seem to come up against is very poor customer service and problems with my reservations. There is very little help, assistance and willingness to problem solve. It would seem this resort has grown too large over the past 10 years to offer an acceptable level of customer service.

We enjoyed the resort, all of the activities available and the restaurants! Would definitely return!
Third year in a row and still loving it! One of the best decisions we have ever made. Recommend if you are going to vacay in Florida to come visit here! They have a lot of other properties too. We have 4 kids and this Orange Lake property is just perfect for us.

We had a game and knew we would be back before checkout so we packed up the big bags and was coming back for our a couple things we left. When we came back, our stuff was gone. We went by the front desk and was told that the housekeeper checked us out and nothing they could do🤦♀️ Really
