Orange Lake and Capital Management are a joke and big scam. I would suggest never purchasing a timeshare with them! I have been hung up on transferred all around, yelled at by customer service, and sent 5 emails in 3 weeks with 0 response! Worst time share I own and we have 4!

Awful reservation experience. Got a call saying there was a problem with my card on file. I called before the deadline given and spoke with someone who took credit card info, took additional information about our reservation, confirmed. I then get an email 30 mins later that reservation is cancelled and that I will be charged the night as a cancellation fee. I call in and am first told I booked via 3rd party. Incorrect. First night seems very nice
The whole timeshare thing is a SCAM! They assign you a week then tell you that you can USE IT WHENEVER YOU WANT, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS CALL RCI AND THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR WEEK FOR YOU. Then when you go to do that they tell you OH NO ITS BASED ON AVAILABILITY! Then they charge you $1000 a year for a maintenance fees WHICH YOU CAN PAY TO GO THERE FOR A WEEK ANYWAY WHENEVER YOU WANT! Not BASED ON AVAILABILITY! And this is while you are paying or paid a mortgage on the time share.

My family had the best week! We just checked out this morning. This place is wonderful. There is so much to do for all ages and the accommodations are spacious and quiet. Thank you! I hope to be back soon :)
