Don't NOT. I repeat DO NOT use this company. It's seems the contracts are written on predatory practices. I originally loaned 8000. Paid 6300 dollars back and attempting to work out paying the rest. Welp, the constantly harass you for payments. Going against FCC regulations. Calling several times a day. From multiple numbers. Then will sue you ! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Find another way to get out of debt because this company will keep you in debt !

Elisabeth was absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. Not only did she say the loan was approved and everything was set, but did so knowingly that it would hit and effect my credit score but also insisted to gather the information she needed to approve the loan during MY working hours. The whole experience was a disappointment and massive waste of time, on both parts!

I had to give this company 1 star in order to rate it, although, deserves none. The *********** MS. office has drafted my account every month for over a year but says they can't tell me where the money was applied to my loan. This loan is over 4 years old at the time of payments, my balance was 6000. Now that I have not paid a note this past month, my balance is $10,000. Someone at the Lawndale, CA branch ran my credit today @6:40pm (Christmas Eve) with no authorization. Never even heard of your business if not for the junk mail you constantly send me. Certainly wasn't me that applied. Now I can't reach anyone for the next 2 days and have to spend my holiday worried about who and/or why your branch felt the need to run my credit without legal authorization.

I applied and was a approved for a loan through the "offers" on the Credit Karma website. After speaking to a customer service rep, they denied my loan. Why was I approved for both secured ($4000) and unsecured loans($1300), and then got denied? I'm very disappointed that I got my hopes up, and then was denied in the end.
I am very upset. They ran my credit twice. Once on 12/7 then again in 12/11. Took the chick that given my file two days to contact me back because she was in training and nobody else would help me. Obviously I needed money ASAP. Well then she tells me I am denied because I owe more on my cars then they are worth. Okay I get it. I average 4500 dollars take home a month. After being "preapproved" for a loan, I filled out an application, then became approved as long as I have a vehicle to secure it with. I sent them all the information for the vehicle I had and after ignoring my calls and emails for 3 days they told me the vehicle wasn't enough to secure ANY TYPE OF LOAN! Which is absolutely insane. Went to their competitor and received a loan with no issues whatsoever.

If there was a 0-10 scale they would get a -0 to 0. The Oregon city branch sucks!! They are not professional and es use themselves A LOT! So I get approved for a secured loan (need colateral) I submitted everything that was required. Was approved and made appointment to go In. They call me and say that since it is a salvage title It doesn't qualify because of the dropped value. So they ask for another one.
