This company is the biggest joke there is !!! Doesn't care about the pandemic at all... . I was preapproved and "approved " until they found out I was on unemployment for 2 months ( Which I made more on) I make 32,000 a year and have no Bill's... besides helping out with family bills, I own 2 cars and they still denied me!! I am turning into better business bureau... especially since they hit my credit as a hard hit after preapproved!!

This company is a complete scam. I had contacted this company for a secure loan backed by a CD/bank account because they said they offered it. They ran my credit for another product that I didn't approve or provide authorization. After running my credit, they offered me the product and I said i'm not interested. I asked them to delete the inquiry and they refused. Don't trust this company or their BBB rating.

Made the mistake of going back and submitting an application for loan. They turn me down due to not having a car for collateral. They gave a lame excuse like they are not a title company. To me it sounds like you are a car title company but lower rates maybe with bad service. She read off my negative entries on my credit report which I knew about. So if you want a loan from this company you need a credit score of 700+ or have a car worth $10000. Go shop some where else if you do have both. I am so happy they turn me down. St... read more

Horrible company that has no morals. They harass customers, force people to get loans they can't afford, and have outrageous interest rates. Do not get a loan from here. Definition of a loan shark.

What I have experienced with this company is truly abhorrent. I have made payments ON TIME every single month for 3 years on a 10k loan that I took out during a time when I didn't have many options. Somehow, I still owe over $5k. I have been calling since the pandemic ( I am now a small business owner, at the time I got the loan I had a full time salary) to ask for a longer term option on a lower payment because I did not have the income to support the loan anymore due to the pandemic. I would strongly discourage anyone from taking a loan out with this company. They didn't explain the terms clearly when I applied. At the time I was between a rock & a hard place so I should have done my due diligence but I hope this helps someone else before it's too late. I don't even see how this type of usury & predatory lending is legal but it is in the state of pa. I read it is illegal in other states. In the beginning of March 2020 I called One Main to let them know that my full payment would not be available because of the beginning of the stay at home and no one called me back. They went into my bank acct and took what was available causing 3 overdraft fees which they refused to take responsibility for. Went threw all the work, sent in documents and for a small secured loan and apparently the collateral cannot exceed $25,000. Or you will be denied!!! So why wasn't this question asked from the start of the process to avoid any further personal information requested. I said you reached out to me, and said I was pre approved based off the vehicle.
