This company is great if you wanna lose 5 points on your credit score and be told you haven't made enough money during a global pandemic to qualify for a loan even though you were already pre-qualified. Apparently the only people who do qualify for these loans are people that make over 40k a year and have 750 credit scores... Basically, people who don't need a personal loan. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could because that's what I feel like they did to me. The took 5 points from my credit score only to pre-approve... read more

I did a title loan because my husband lost his job and we needed rent. My car was paid off. My understanding that the purpose of a title loan was that your car was used as collateral in the case that you default..... I got a loan with them several years ago when my daughter was in the hospital. The interest rate on the loan, in the contract, is a CRAZY 33%, but I had to do it, my kid was severely ill and I was out of work at the time. Anyway, I was going some financial review, and, according to my calculations, they are actually charging me 56%, yes FIFTY SIX percent, fully 23% more than it stated in my contact. Terrible beyond belief!! I am trying to cancel a personal loan under their 7 day satisfaction guarantee and it's nothing but a run around. I overnighted the money back by cashier's check - the tracking shows they received it and no one is bothering to respond accordingly to my many inquirys in regards to this matter. I'm definitely going to lawyer up.

The associates at ONE MAIN FINANCIAL IN LINDEN, NJ ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They hang up on you before offering any solutions. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.

They offered me a chance to refinance my loan at a cheaper, but because I am unemployed, they denied me the chance to pay less. Mind you I have been on time paying more money while unemployed and haven't missed a payment. And they are on my side? Probably NOT

Feels like loan sharking to me. I have a $6k loan for 3 years now. I've paid $250 a month since then, which is $9k. Called the other day for a payoff amount and it was $5,600. HOW IN TF IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE!!!! BEWARE OF THE ONE MAIN LOAN SHARKS. I'm so tempted to call my states AG to see what can be done.
