Worst company, pushed me to send my documents, shared my info with tens of bogus company at Florida, its a trap,

Worst loan company on earth. Loan was less than $3k. Been paying $160/mo for 2 years, but my balance is still $2700. This is a rip off. Customer service is pathetic and useless - I've called 15 times within the last 24hrs and no one seems to be other than clueless. Wouldn't recommend OneMain to my worst enemy.

So, we applied for a loan through a credit watch company. Said to help, improve my credit. I received the initial, "you're pre approved," notice depending on credit. After filling out the remaining info, I received a, "guaranteed" approval message. I received a call several times over 2days requesting the SAME info over and over. I was then told I had an appointment to come in. Once there, we were told they can loan only 10% of our requested amount. And, that they are really a, "Title Loan," facility. Due to the pandemic, my hours and pay were cut. At first they were very helpful, now it is a total nightmare. I get called at least 5 times a day while at my job and then they call my job non stop. Today it was 3 calls at work and 2 calls at 7 pm. I have set up payments online. This is affecting my health at this point. I have all intentions of paying my loan and I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER ONE FROM THEM NOR SEND ANYONE TO THEM. So disappointed.

Easy to get a loan, but the interest is very high. I allowed myself to be pressured into getting a second loan when it was late; not knowing I would be starting the terms from scratch. I've been trapped with them for about 5 years. I was late a couple of payments and the branch manager threatened to have my wages garnished.

I was pre-approved and they reached out to me but every time I tried to call them back, I couldn't ever reach anyone or get a return phone call. I was assured originally that because I was pre-approved that it wouldn't hit my credit as a hard pull. They lied. It now shows up as a hard ding on my credit, even though we never discussed loan options. I'd highly recommend reconsidering doing business with them. Go elsewhere.

First they told me I was pre approved I sent all my documents now they say I was not approved. If I can give them zero stars I would don't ever go to one main they suck I hope they go out of business

Two times I've tried to get a loan from them. I was approved online but when I went to their facility, they denied me. My credit score was around 757 with no late payments nor negatives on my other accounts. They wasted my time! The same day, I'd applied for the same loan at ***** and was approved and the funds were in my account two days later. I also had a better APR. Don't waste your time and inquiry with OneMain. Thank me later.
