Overall the lady who helped over the phone was great but once i came in to do my paperwork she sucked put me in a room walked away for 10 minutes came back went over one thing gone for another 10 minutes place was fully staffed all she wanted to do was talk to other people. My appointment was 930 finally left at 1130 should have not took that

I have been paying off a loan. in December my payment was taken twice from my account. after multiple phone calls to one main financial main office and also to the ****** office I told them to either return one payment to my account or mark me played for the following month. they agreed to use it for the following months payment. when I looked at my bank account this morning I seen that they had taken out the payment that was supposed to have been paid. this caused me overdraft fees. I took out a small debt consolidation loan OneMain which I paid off early I might add and was never late on a payment. I was required to use my vehicle as collateral for the loan.I paid off this loan in September of 2020 and have been attempting to get the title for my vehicle since that time. Initially, i enjoyed my experience with One Main Financial, although I was not happy that I had to use my car as collateral. But I did as I found that I needed a loan. Less than a year later, I found myself without a job. I maintained communications with OMF and made arrangements for lesser payments. I had two credit inquiries on my credit report on 1/18/21, and again on 1/20/21 by One Main financial. They attempted to contact me on my wife's cell phone number and left a message??? I returned their call to find out when, where and, how recently an application in my name was received when I hadn't applied for anything with them. Very disappointed in the entire process. I was called several times a day to upload documents, was told I was guaranteed a loan of $17,000. I even had a co0signer with excellent credit. We both sent very sensitive personal documents. When it was confirmed that all documents were received, it was less than 1 hour that we were denied the loan. After having a loan with this company over a year, it just seem like I was getting nowhere. Even during COVID I asked for no fund relief, I struggled to pay these people. I lost my job and did my damn best to make sure they got paid. I'm just now finding out my interest adds up to additional daily 6 bucks a day. This was never explained to me. This is a scam and I don't like it. These times are sooo hard and to be going through this is so stressful. Please stay away from this company.

I love the professionalism of this company. Every single encounter has been a joy! Rather I've had one question or 20, I have never felt like I was annoying the employee. Great company to work with! I recommend and will use again if needed!
