Customer Service is 5 stars. Everyone is extremely nice. I would give a zero if I could for One Main overall. DO NOT take a loan out with them under any circumstances. I am behind in payments and there is nothing they can do to lower interest. I already did a deferment and can not do again. If you take a loan out with them expect to never pay off. I have paid over $1000 and principle has gone down about $10. Worst decision in my life and now seeing bankruptcy as my only option because they can not modify the loan to help me ... read more

This local branch at Lyndale is by far the worst i've encounter, I was approved for a unsecure loan $12,000 or $7,000. After dealing with the headquarters they connect me with the loan branch, first i spoke with Rob who were very condescending, he told me at first that i wasn't going to get a loan without asking for my documentation, I said to him that i was confused that i was approved but he is telling me that i wont get a loan for the amount i was approved for, after sending over my documents he then stated that i mistake... read more

They've always been prompt and efficient and made their process seamless. I would recommend this company for people with fair to moderate credit to obtain a small loan.

I'm very upset. I have been making my payments all through the pandemic to the ******** branch and recently started working and needing to get my funds 100% back on track. I have missed one payment but split it in two and STILL PAID IT. Every time they call I answer and pay! They have been reporting negatively and have cause my husband's and I credit to drop ridiculously and 3 of our credit card accounts to close! My husband and I were working with my local branch in ********** Kentucky to get a personal loan. On February 9, 2021, I was pre-approved for $9,000 plus allowing them to place a lien in one of my vehicles. These people are borderline criminals, they feed off people in need, they dont tell you about outrageous interest and fees, we borrowed 7000 from them,after paying on it for a year and a half, 3400 dollars, only 600 dollars came off principal, these people can ruin lives,very sneaky. STAY AWAY
