Went and got a loan. Changed my mind and returned the funds. Then they reported it on my credit and made my credit score drop. This was my second incident with them. The first time they lost the title to my vehicle and it took them six months to get it. I definitely would not recommend doing business with them

Awful loan people! Talked me into getting the extra insurance which I did and since Covid I have lost my job and could not pay and their insurance didn't help at all don't ever use them!

Onemain is the most fraudulent institute ever. They wont tell you about the interest. i asked for a lower payment because things are hard because of corona and Kim told me she was going to do it for me so i should send her my document later. i did sent the information to her, and she lowed the payment, the next month, she called me back saying i do not qualify to get the modification so i am behind payment and it was my fault that i was behind. i was shocked to hear that from her because i sent my document as she requested a... read more

They'll call you on weekends to collect a missed payment, but when you need help with your account they are unreachable. When you do make contact they don't take proper notes or act upon information provided. They'll up sell unemployment insurance when you sign up for a loan and do everything they can to stand in the way of adequately and fully receiving a benefit payout when you file a claim. I paid off a loan in November 2020 and they are holding my title it is now Almost February and still no title. The branch is in ****** Colorado and the manager is stormie.

I am always current on my loan payment . I think this company is practicing borderline Usery at best. I was told repeatedly by my agent that I would not have a problem putting my car up for sale if I was to use it for collateral and apply the sale amount towards the loan. I had a big problem when I found a buyer OMF wanted me to jump through loops and I end up losing my sale. I had managers tell me they were gonna call me back and never did. Bad costumer service & they will call & harrase you 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. I was going to pay loan off but they did not inform me about interest fees . I caught Covid 19 & was hospitalized& they did not care I was still getting phone calls every hour. I am very disappointed
