I made a loan with one main financial and was making more than double the payments for the first several months only to find out the extra money was being set aside and not applied to the principal . In short , they were charging me interest while collecting interest on my extra money. So I'm being told that they have my extra monet aside in case I fail to make a payment .

This company is the most disgusting, ruthless, predatory business out there. In 2014, a divorce that ruined my credit led me to seek a high-interest consolidation loan through One Main. It was that or bankruptcy. Fast forward to 2018, I was in a pinch and just needed a bit to get through one month. The initial loan should have been paid off by 2019. *********** NH is awful, took a deferment, gal in the office wrote it wrong after repeatedly checking to make sure when my next payment would be due, that we got it worked out but no and they still want half a month. No stars if I could. They are a bait and switch company. I am now on my 2nd month of trying to get this right. Also do NOT pay off your loan on line you will not get refunde4d the overage you pay. Bankrupt is looking like my only option, Thanks.

This company took my car then said it wasn't worth enough! Now they are trying to garnish my check!!!! Horrible company and nothing but predators! You took my car and auctioned it off! What else do you need! Please stay away from this company.

They would get no stars from me. I have paid over $7500 in the last year towards my loan of $21000 and only $200 came off what I owe. They claimed they were helping me during the pandemic. But all it did was give me more interest. I am stuck in a mess I can't get out of and now I'm liable to lose everything because they don't know how to tel the truth to their customers. Thanks one main, I'll be homeless soon because of your slimy employees.
