I have been here almost 2 hours with a tick in my leg. I'm sitting in the visitors waiting room and no one has been in or out since the nure that showed us to the room. I think it is bull because i didnt come here to waste time, I can do that at home.
6 hours of wasted time didn't get any answers ended up going to syracuse today should've just went there last night
3 hours sitting in the waiting room, hour sitting in the examining room before a dr came in, hour before they lanced, hour to wait for discharge papers.. I get it's a er but damn!
Great staff caring understanding attentive very please with outcome. If I need further inpatient care, I'm coming here .
The employees where very welcoming letting me everything that was going on with my son
