Recommended5 stars! We just had a cesarean section baby delivery we stayed 9/23-9/25 . The staff was excellent , kind professional and competent ! I was treated with dignity and respect & will come back with other health care needs! The nurses including :Linsey , Maryann , Marie, Megan, and more are outstanding !! Dr. Delpino is amazing & my recovery is going amazing , little pain at my incision ! Even in a pandemic my care plan was personalized and I felt like a family member !
Absolutely terrible ER here. I wouldn't bring a dog here. They have kept Dr. Gregory Cartledge on the payroll after nearly killing 2 family members of mine. Probably yours too. I'm still here but just had a wonderful experience with a surprise surgery for a kidney stone. Dr. Bob and Dr. Omarbasha were absolutely WONDERFUL, along with my ER doctor and all my nurses, the nurses in radiology and just everyone. Wonderful. It's tough dealing with surprise surgery without your spouse by your side, but everyone made me feel very supported and heard and honestly, loved. If they work on their professionalism, they'd be fine.
The billing department is terrible and the facility is mediocre at best. The medical staff are very nice.
I've been fortunate as a nurse and haven't needed Oneida Health often but today I was the patient for a minor surgery and the care was just incredible. All of the surgical staff including Jessica, Sandy, Marie, Christina, Gina and Dr. Carlin were just awesome and I think we are very lucky to have such compassionate and caring healthcare professionals so close to home.
I was 23 weeks pregnant with my daughter Abigail. I lost her. I was distraught and still am. I can’t tell you how compassionate the third floor was. They went above and beyond in just trying to help ease some of my pain. All of the nurses and drs were a light in my darkest of days. I’ll forever be grateful to them. Their kind words and compassion will forever touch my heart. Thank you all so much. I will forever love you all. 💕
