They are great !!!! Top of the line care . They are always on top their patients needs - that has been my experience with them
A+++ for the Maternity ward and all staff!!! Gave birth to a healthy baby boy yesterday. Feeling very relaxed and catching on very fast.
Well I don't love being in the hospital but the staff is fantastic and I love ny nurses and doctors. A little heat would be nice though!

THE WORST! MY GRANDSON WAS THERE 3 TIMES IN LESS THAN 72 HOURS COULD NOT FIND OUT WHY HE HAD A FEVER BETWEEN 104 & 105 THAT SHIT COULD HAVE KILLED HIM DIDN'T MENTION THAT HE WAS DEHYDRATED SO THEY JUST PUT IT AS A VIRAL INFECTION SOME KIND OF HOSPITAL REALLY SUCKED FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, SO THEY SEND HIM HOME AGAIN WITH 100.3 TEMPERATURE SOMETHINGS NOT RIGHT I CAN SEE THAT I'M NOT EVEN A DR, SO SHE TOOK HIM TO A DR THE NEXT MORNING HE SENT HIM TO GOLISANO HOSPITAL THANK GOD THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING,SO IN A SHORT TIME THEY F... read more
I gave it a 3 because the nurses n staff were very professional but the wait was rediculous. 3 hours in waiting room b4 going to a room n then another hour b4 dr seen my client. Whom had a fx foot n is 75... Im a nurse n this was awful. Ppl go to Quick Care for minor crap... Jeesh... I seen the sniffles, kid coughin with a fever, a sunburn etc. Thats what Quick Cate is for... Seriously...
