The people in the e.r. were awesome very helpful always love the staff. Merry Christmas
This is the absolute worse place to go!!! They are the slowest people I have ever been around! I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who is dying, they would still take 4 hours to see you... if they stayed off there phones and off the computers and paid attention to what they were actually getting paid paid to do, people, not just me wouldn't give such horrible reviews cause Oneida health care SUCKS!!!!
I have never had much complaint about this establishment. Every time I've been in this building the staff right from maintenance to the doctors have ALWAYS been great. There has only been a couple times that I've not been happy with the outcome of my visits but not everyone is perfect.
My daughter delivered a beautiful baby girl here at Onieda Health care on Nov.17 and had a wonderful experience there. The staff there are the greatest staff I have ever been involved with in a Health care facility. I highly recommend this Hospital when needed. Thank you Onieda Healthcare.
The nurses and staff was great Tuesday night when I went for chest pains
My daughter had an outpatient surgery that turned into an overnight. The ambulatory surgery staff were kind and compassionate and helped her while she was uneasy about staying. When we arrived at the pediatric unit, the staff was exceptional, as well. Thank you to Debbie at Ambulatory for you humorous and thorough care and Caitlin (for making our night as best as it could be) on the Third Floor.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Only spent 4 hours there compared to the usual 6 or more when we have gone for other family members
Great staff they didn't make me wait they took me right in and gave me great care
