We have been coming here quite a bit lately due to both of my parents being sick. The ER staff is usually phenomenal! The nurses Max and William are great! Dr Hardin is also fabulous! Tonight I had a horrible experience though. The nurse Don told me I would simply have to wait my turn because the doctor was too busy. The ER was not busy at all. All I was asking was after waiting an hour to be discharged I just wanted to leave. He basically tried to tell me my dad was not more important than anyone else. I never said he was. ... read more
The hospital itself if not bad but your ER needs a lot of work. The dr's are completely rude with no regard for their patients. I was in there last night with my cousin who is in heart failure and this bald headed dr was talking down to him like he was 2. Arguing with him and then made him wait over 2 hours for pain meds. Two people signed themselves out cause they had had enough. When I got escorted out by security for standing up for my cousin the security guards thanked me for standing up to the dr's...what does that tell... read more
