My grandfather died and they gave us the run around. And at one point told us his body wasn't there. And they lied about being able to see him. It was a mess! The president and two nurses were the only people who helped resolve it. Most of the staff are rude. Its a shame!
I've worked in health care for 30 years and now work at Oneida Healthcare Center. This may not be the biggest but I would say the care here is definitely better than anywhere I've ever worked. I trust Oneida with my family and myself.
HUGE HUGE HUGE shout out to the maternity ward at Oneida Hospital ... and the hospital itself. Thank you thank you for the treatment you have given my daughter and her husband Timothy Van Slyke during the birth of our twins. You have treated them like royalty.
