My Grandmother stays in the Extended Care Facility. In December the staff thought it a good idea to allow her to stay in a room overnight with no heat on. Also once this was reported to the state she suddenly started to get bruises on her. The staff on the weekends is over worked and inept, the weekday staff is little better. I can only hope Joint Commission does something about it.
