I'd give a 5 bit who loves going to hospital ! The care from the whole staff was awesome ! I have pneumonia and couldn't breathe last Thursday,by Saturday I was ready to go home . Thankyou especially to the nurses on 4th floor east ! And to Dr. Oliverio. My blood pressure in almost back in order ,and pneumonia is getting better ! Eric Vedder room 408 thanks you all!
I love this hospital. Gave birth here again and the nurses were just amazingly caring, supportive and knowledgeable. My Dr was a champ just doing his job -professional baby catching- and also a great coach on getting my baby out of there. The only thing I'd change is the food for something healthy.
On Tuesday evening I took my dad to the ER for a small laceration on his hand. We got there at 7:30. Finally got called into an exam room at 8:50. We sat there until 9:45. Nobody came in to exam his hand. When we left, one of the nurses was sitting at the desk talking on the phone, the other one was on the computer in the hallway. I started yelling and complaining that it was ridiculous that no one could even check on my dad. The nurse on the computer said call security. I said go for it. I'll never use that hospital again
Every time we need to go to the hospital or Quick Care we are blown away. The staff is always friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. We are so lucky to have such a great organization in our city!
I would give 0 stars if I could. My sister has been going here for over 2 years now for the same thing. She had her gallbladder removed and nothing has changed for 2 years. The doctors gave her 4 different diagnoses before finally just saying there was nothing they can do for her and won't admit her again. So they went into her room and told her it was time to go and she had to sit outside in front of the ER entrance. Hate this place, they need to be shut down.
The staff at Oneida Healthcare are beyond exceptional. They are very personable and make sure you are comfortable and very well taken care of. Thank you all
