The nurses and doctors here have went above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. They're very kind and compassionate.
It's just some of the bedside manner isn't here and communication is horrible! I've been off clear liquids since yesterday and guess what was sent up for breakfast I spoke with the nurse and got it straightened out but they need to communicate more
Next time do your job maybe i wouldnt still be sick and in agony
what a warm and caring place! Very clean! Everyone that works there had smiles on their faces and were very kind and caring to the patients and guests!
I am on the 4th floor after having surgery the staff is great what ever I needed as long as it was approved I got it Best experience that I have had at a hospital
The over all experience was excellent. The food in their cafeteria was good. I was there for my husbands surgery all day yesterday. One nurse was alittle snippy after they brought him to his room. I fully comprehended that he was in pain and out of it for surgery that's common sense. I did not like her bed side matter much but over all everything else was excellent.
Having been traveling out of state for Christmas and becoming ill, we had to visit a large area hospital ER. Our experience there showed how much we missed Oneida. Several days later, things were not getting better and needed the ER services at OHC. The doctor and nurses listened to our prior experience and how my body responds to these symptoms.
