Great place to eat! I have eaten here for the last 20 years almost every time I pass by and every time it is a great experience. The staff is more than friendly and the food is always great! This place has a nice small town atmosphere that's hard to beat and great prices. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

I'm from Michigan and traveling the U.S. When I first entered Nebraska in South Sioux Falls, I saw a pamphlet for this place and was interested. Then as I made my way West, people would tell me to stop. I couldn't wait. I was not disappointed at all. I got the filet mignon and chilie. Delicious!!! Well worth the wait. RecommendedThe pulled pork dinner was above average in both portion size and flavor. The coleslaw was watery, but had great flavor. The side salad was lacking in both size and contents. The ambience was dark, poorly lit, but jam packed with mounted game. Mounts range from fowl, small cats, every deer and antelope, to bear, moose, zebra, giraffe, and polar bear. An overall unique experience.
Stopped one the way back from Colorado. Had been before and wanted the rest of the family to experience. Food was not good. Son ordered a side of macaroni and cheese and it looked like microwave Mac and cheese. The Philly steak sandwich was greasy. The onion rings were subpar. Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend.
