Care and staff was great during my ER visit last night but the person I just had to speak with when I called about getting my medical records was terrible! Your number on this page sent me to the hateful person out of Tulsa. Unacceptable!

Recommendedmy husband had a massive heart attack and was sent to heart hospital. they immediately put in two stents and got him in a room all within 2hrs. the nursing staff on 2H were phenomenal! so professional and kind. our gratitude to all the staff that played a role in his recovery . everyone so kind, considerate, patient, and informative. A special thank you to his RN miss Amy from myself, thank you for always making sure i was served a tray. it meant the world to me.
worst ED ever. could have gone to EP UMC and back to Albq by now. feckin ridiculous.
RecommendedWe had a great experience from check in to discharge! Clean, updated facility, the nurses were all kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Special thanks to our post op nurse Ashley, RN!! She was very patient and comforting while my son was upset coming out of anesthesia.

This facility cares about one thing only -- money. They let patients sit in the ER for 18-24 hours for no reason whatsoever and only take action when family has had enough. Keep your family away from this hospital if you want them to receive any care at all, if you want them to live.
