worst experience ever..i do NOT recommend going to this urgent care..my daughter and I were both treated like we don't know anything..my grandson couldn't breathe or stop coughing and he is 7 months old..i have been a ER nurse for over 20 years and now I am a provider as a nurse practitioner..they literally did nothing for him so when I call to follow up and give more information I was ignored and treated like I was stupid by the nurse I spoke to yesterday around 4:30..you better believe I will be by to file a complaint! ple... read more
RecommendedI walked in with severe kidney issues. The staff were awesome from the get-go. I got in immediately, was seen right away by my nurse and doctor. The tests were run quickly, pain treated, and checked on frequently. In less than 2 hours I walked out pain free, with prescriptions and referrals for ongoing care. It was the best ER experience I’ve ever had! My thanks go out to the staff, and I would highly recommend anyone needing emergency help to go see them!

I would avoid this place. They nickel and dime you for services and there are other urgent care locations who actually work with patients to receive affordable care. We paid $75 in the office and received an additional bill in the mail for another $72 whenever the provider did absolutely nothing and basically said “it’ll run it’s course in 10-14 days.” This was also after insurance adjustments. Absolutely terrible.
