RecommendedI was seen tonight at Access Medical Center in Owasso and I had a great experience. I was evaluated by Amber PA who was so professional and down to earth. It was nice to have a provider actually take a good history and do a physical assessment without rushing. The medic that took my vital signs was extremely pleasant and the receptionist at check-in was pleasant as well. Great job!
RecommendedMy husband had surgery at this hospital performed by Dr. Mangels. I could write a novel about Dr. Mangels and the good he done, but let’s focus on this hospital. From Pre-Op to the day we walked out the doors the staff was wonderful. Impeccable care, and attentive. If there was something we didn’t understand it was explained to us with patience. Professional people. Our favorite nurses were Summer and Rachel!
we had a 620 appointment finally got seen at 730 just for the doctor to say well hos physical is fine but you need to go to a primary care provider to get signed off on. wtf did I just pay you for? because his insurance didnt cover it I had to pay out of pocket
I had both my children at Henderson and my daughter has her first 2 there as well. She had a rough pregnancy the second time around and they did 2 ultrasounds on her said everything was fine! When my granddaughter was born she had PKD (enlarged kidneys) her lungs weren't developed because of the size of her kidneys. She was transferred to NICU at Good Shepherd and passed away 24 hours later. The doctors and radiologists KNEW something was wrong with my granddaughter as everything can be seen by ultrasound!! Recommendedwent to the ER on soncy with a Severe shoulder pain From start to finish everything went great the staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable I was helped right away With no Waiting time they took care of me really well I highly recommend this ER if I should ever need To go to the ER that will be my first stop
RecommendedIt’s a story but it’s makes a full circle. Today was a day, not going to lie, I struggled hard. I’m in the middle of a flare up, bad enough for me to willingly go to the ER to get a steroid shot. They treated me like a human instead of a drug seeker that so many medical professionals do nowadays. I didn’t ask for meds, he offered, I declined, I just wanted to get the steroid and a muscle relaxer which he kindly obliged. Patient care is not a priority. my mom had a simple neck surgery that has turned into a nightmare. After sitting in the hospital for 3 days with nothing to eat or drink because her throat is swollen, I had to ask them to hook her up to an iV so she doesnt get dehydrated. That is not my job!!! After a failed attempt to insert a feeding tube and my mom screaming in agony, they said if the swelling doesnt go down by Sunday they will send her home with a tube in her stomach. If you’re actually sick go somewhere else. The obnoxious PA I saw didn’t even know how to take breath sounds. She was hateful and treated me like I wasn’t even sick. I am on day 11. I hope I’m working some night when she is sick! And hosing down an exam room with Lysol before a patient is put in there is horrible! I was hacking my head off and that obnoxious PA didn’t even write for tessilon pearls. I have never been treated more rudely in my life! Where are all the good people that use to work there.
