The billing department is an absolute joke. My wife and I called in to payoff labor and delivery the Monday after our daughter was born. We just received a bill for more despite settling our account when she was born 8 months ago. They really pull some random number out 8 months later after everything was taken care of and no other communication from them had happened. If there was any other option for hospital services, I would undoubtedly recommend that random hospital over this garbage hospital.
RecommendedJust came out of my procedure. Working with everyone is one thing, but having a procedure done shows you a completely different side. Everyone was incredible. From Laura in intake, Toni and Sera for preop, Crystal, Jennifer, Nancy, and Brittany in the GI Lab, Terry and Dr. Wenger in anesthesia, and of course Dr. Lynch all did an incredible job in the procedure and all around. I love the great people that work here.
