this place is about to be sued, again, they killed my sister-in-law 13 years ago, and paid, cause they were at fault. they are now trying to send my niece home with a blocked gallbladder, jaundice, and can't hold anything down. they straight up said her gallbladder was blocked, found out she has no insurance, but has a CBID, all of a sudden, gallbladder is fine, sending her homen w antibiotics, & referring her to Indian Health.

This hospital sucks. Had my daughter up there with a nose bleed witch she has alway had so I wasnt to worried aboit it until it wouldnt stop and she started coughing up blood clots. Toom her in tonight and I have never been so insulated in my life. The doctor came in looked a her nose and said normal nose bleed and walked out the door less that 3 min later we were being discharged. Didnt give her anything for sinus infection or anything. Definitely recommend going to St Johns Urgent Care over this place. My three year old and I waited for over an hour after the receptionist said she would get us checked in, people that got there after us started getting called back and I finally got up and asked what the deal was... the other receptionist went to look up my sons name and before she had a chance to say anything the receptionist beside her interrupted to let us know she failed to check us in. May as well camp out in the er, because you're going to be there for hours and hours. had a walker with when a friend had outpatient surgery the nurse said they would send it up when we found out they were staying over night, when we all were called to the wasn't there asked about the walker nobody new anything , finally during check out one nude went to find it was still setting in pre op, crazy , glad they were holding anything else , and the rooms are freezing cold and we couldn't get any hot water from the faucet in the ... read more
