Our Surgeon was very good but the CEO guy, “Trent” I think his name is according to another post here doesn’t appreciate this employees and I have a feeling he chewed out the poor admissions lady for looking out for us in the waiting room. Sad deal.

It has crushed the sinus issues that always come when I get a cold or the flu. Twice now I have been saved from multiple weeks of suffering and the need for the strong medications that normally were needed to end the sinus pain and pressure around and above my eyes. The hospital is terrible. Make the drive elsewhere to receive better quality care. The doctors I have dealt with will do whatever they can to get you in and out, rather than actually take care of your problem. Some time after leaving you get 7 different bills from 7 different companies with no explanation of services provided. Absolutely terrible. No wonder the CEO stepped down. I would hate to claim this place as mine.
Prior to COVID-19 reaching our borders, my son went in on a Sunday with flu symptoms. No flu swab was administered. He was sent away with a prescription for steroids for a “virus that had been going around”. 2 days later, he visited another clinic and tested positive for flu B.

My daughter and I walked in with my granddaughter at 11:50am. The receptionist never even looked up from her computer, let alone greet us. The sign said to be seated and wait to be called on. So we did. As I was waiting to be addressed, two patients walked in and were greeted by the receptionist. The ER is not helpful at al. I got charged 360$ for nothing. My blood pressure has gotten out of control and I am 10 weeks pregnant. No meds or anything to help lower it. It always is a constant issue and it is still quite high. Next time I will just go to Blackfoot’s hospital for anything medical issue related.
