Recommendedi just had spinal fusion at this hospital Dr Covington i met him on the 30th of January and on the 10th of February i was having surgery because him and his staff got the insurance to ok everything because of my condition and pain i was in. i have never met a better qualified staff and professional staff as they have at this place. i live within 5 minutes of 2 very big hospitals of my house i will drive the 2 hoirs if i have anything else wrong with my back outstanding people love all yall thank you all so much .
May as well camp out in the er, because you're going to be there for hours and hours. had a walker with when a friend had outpatient surgery the nurse said they would send it up when we found out they were staying over night, when we all were called to the wasn't there asked about the walker nobody new anything , finally during check out one nude went to find it was still setting in pre op, crazy , glad they were holding anything else , and the rooms are freezing cold and we couldn't get any hot water from the faucet in the ... read more

Nurses and front desk was super nice. The doctors not so much.
My daughters night nurse is rude and hateful my daughter told her that the tape on her arm was uncomfortable and the lady told her it was fine and refused to fix it. Along with other things. If I could I would take her to the children’s hospital in OKC. Not here
Worst gastroenterology team I’m ever seen...I have literally lost so much weight I’m down to 93 lbs and my dr decides I’m going cold turkey off prednisone. They are not on top of things uncaring unprofessional downright awful...I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy
RecommendedExcellent emergency room services, including the doctor, nurses, registration staff, CTScan and X-RAY techs. My family member received outstanding care from nurses and nurses assistants on 4 West. Dietary and housekeeping do very good work. Nurses TJ, Kashema,Mariam, Vesna, Molly, Gina, Jaclyn; Nurses Assistants Josh, Nicole, Mishelle all fantastic! Thank you Pascack Valley Medical Center! (Hackensack Meridian Health)
