Patient care is not a priority. my mom had a simple neck surgery that has turned into a nightmare. After sitting in the hospital for 3 days with nothing to eat or drink because her throat is swollen, I had to ask them to hook her up to an iV so she doesnt get dehydrated. That is not my job!!! After a failed attempt to insert a feeding tube and my mom screaming in agony, they said if the swelling doesnt go down by Sunday they will send her home with a tube in her stomach. But that doesnt fix the problem!! This place is a joke... read more

My mom came in for a 1.5 to a 2 day stay. Now we will be here until at least Sunday. Mistakes have been made that no one will admit to. When the guy comes in to put a feeding tube (in after three days with no nutrient may I add and also had to ask for fluid in IV so she didn’t dehydrate. RecommendedAll of the nurses in maternity ward are just amazing. They go above and beyond and do more than expected. I have been so impressed with everyone who has helped me bring our baby, Rylie, into the world. The doctors are great too. I have had all three of my baby girls here and I am grateful. I would recommend this hospital every time. Thank you to Lovelace staff.
Recommendedwas quick to get in. the ER doctor look like he just rolled out of bed though. must've been a long night. other than that everything else was ok.
My wife had bone spurs removed from her neck. she has had trouble swallowing anything since the surgery. She hasn't ate anything for 4 days. A speech therapist recommend a test to see what is going on in her throat and what she could eat. We have been waiting over 24 hours for this. Patient care is not priority at this hospital. Letting their employees off for the holidays is more important. I would recommend people use a different hospital.
