Communication between staff, doctors and patients is key. When communication is lacking it's extremely dangerous. Both of my experience with Hillcrest and the lack of communication has caused great suffering and complications. I do not recommend any Hillcrest hospitals from my own personal experiences.
Over three hours in pain in the ER no doctor no anything and the nurse staff ignores calls and acts put out when you ask any questions
Very disturbing here in Rusk. For 3 months now, they ride through out neighborhood every single day whaling the sirens. I will be contacting the BBB soon if it doesn't stop. Other than to assume either Bevis and Butthead got their hands on an ambulance or The mental hospital here let them out too early without getting their meds right before they found a job. Sometimes 3 and 4 times a day they disturb the peace and the citizens of Rusk. I would not recommend this buisness. Sad we have to put up with such stupidity.
RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at Hillcrest South. The Nurses and Aides were the best on the 4th Tower. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
