Was told my insurance was accepted then when in the chair asked for a cash payment because all the sudden it wasn't accepted ask them to check only thing I got was supposedly a manager lady that said yeah it's still 50 bucks. Went home called my insurance to double-check because they covered it the last 10 years from my optometrist that had retired. And they did cover it same as the last optometrist but Ohio I would not check it's almost like they wanted cash payments for some reason.
