It's unfortunate that this establishment has gone to shit. I have never had such issues in the past as I have had over the past few months. From being scheduled to get bloodwork and then finding out after sitting there 40 mins that they no longer draw blood at the Myrtle St office, to the terribly rude staff. It's pretty unfortunate that the office manager doesn't even return calls when I left messages to make her aware and express my concerns. I'm thankful my physician no longer practices at that office. I only deal with Dr. Scutella when I go there and he is absolutely amazing! He kind, considerate, patient and never let's me leave feeling unsure about something. He is the only Dr I'll see in this practice!
A long with other reviewers this place is strictly quantity and not quality. My wife had an ultrasound today and we had an appointment to get results immediately afterwards with dr.daly. I guess a pa came out and said your going to have to make another appointment because dr.daly. is to busy. I am so upset right now because my wife is stressing out and all they want to do is jerk my chain. Used to like this place. Thinking I will need to change offices after this snafu. Really upset.
"a number" is all you are to them and they get you in and out without listening or caring about you...very ignorant women with bad attitudes ... disgusting
