I would highly recommend this practice to anyone! The people who work here genuinely care about their patients and are extremely friendly. From the moment I walk in to the time I leave I feel very comfortable and welcomed. If you’re looking for a new practice this is the place to go!
I had a planned c section 2/2/18. Dr. Warner performed the surgery. I was referred to her by my PCP because I was a high risk pregnancy. Due to a seizure disorder, chronic high blood pressure from a prior pregnancy, I needed close monitoring. I saw pretty much every doc there and was not disappointed at all! My high risks were managed all throughout my pregnancy and I delivered a baby boy that needed only a small amount of nicu care and was was released a healthy little boy! They told me my scheduled appointment day but put in the computer system the wrong day and didn’t believe me. After I put four reminders down Never going back there
Well I had my appointment yesterday, and everything went well. The nurses was nice and of course, Dr. Scutella was very cordial to me. I never had problems with this doctors office and I will continue to go.
I have been going to Dr. Brzozowski for 25 years. He delivered all 4 of my kids. I love him to death, but staff could use some training on customer service. They are rude and make you feel so rushed.
Absolutely disgusting treatment. Went for an appointment today, never even saw the doc even though I had voiced several concerns that should've been addressed. Instead, the nurse related my concerns to the doc and then the nurse came back in my room and stated "the doctor said you need to just go see your PCP" What exactly is that doctors job then? I will be looking for a new doctor in the morning.
Nice place, nice doctors, but a little to busy at times and waiting a lot more than I like to but I know that going in so I make earlier appointments if needed so I'm not late for work. Never had a problem with this office and my main doctor, Dr. Achenbach, is always kind, polite and listens. You do see all the doctors at least once which is fine. At least I'll know who is delivering my child if my doctor isn't in that day or busy with another patient.
