Every single time I have an appt scheduled here, I receive a letter saying I need to call the office to reschedule. EVERY. TIME. I called to reschedule today and was on hold for OVER AN HOUR. After waiting an hour, I WAS DISCONNECTED. Needless to say, that was the final straw for me. I will be going elsewhere.
