I've never had a problem here and I've been going here for 14 years.
Worst experience of my life! So so rude!! Unorganized!
A patient of OB GYN sense my early 20's I strictly seen Dr. Scutella unless an emergency. He's by far the best Dr. in this business heck in Erie county! But due to poor communication skills in the office, now in my 50's I reached out to someone else for yearly exams. I've had a lot of medical issues and to not have that compassion {which was once there} I moved on! I hated how I was gonna be a "number" to them...NOT a patient! And it's takes forever to get through on the phone....I understand the office is e extremely busy (but that is another reason why I transferred out!)
Hated the peach street office. Always packed, office is always running 45+ minutes late. Drs are rushed and don't really care to hear about your problems. My doctor had a terrible bedside manner, and was even insulting at times. Test results are really hard to get ahold of, especially after they closed their online portal. 0/10 would not reccomend.
