My doctor is very nice. But the office and the staff sucks. Its very difficult to schedule an appt. I was late on my birth control for 1 week bc the girls wouldn't call it in for me. They lied and said it takes a few days to process, but I know it doesn't. Its been a week and a half, and I still haven't gotten my lab results.
I had numbness up to my belly button and they couldn't do anything about it they would not prescribe me any thing for my numbness they also gave me ring worm when I had the ekg done and they prescribed me cream which did not work I had to go to my family doctor to be put on pills for my ring worm so disappointed with them
I LOVE my doctor, but really hate trying to make an appointment!! When I called, there was an option to push 1 to make an appointment, it says it'll transfer you, then it loops through again and you choose 1 again and loop again...then right after someone finally picked up, she put me on hold (before I could even say hi back �). Then she tells me someone will have to call me back to make the appointment. ��� that's why I've been calling! You feel like cattle and like you're just another number. I'm transferring to the UPMC Magee Office that opened this week in Erie.
They are all so amazing, loving, and beyond caring!! I love that they are very self explanatory!
This is my 3rd pregnancy over a 7 year period of time and unfortunately office visits get worse each time. I'd refer to it more as a cattle hearding operation rather than a doctors office which is so sad because I had such a positive experience with my first. Now doctors are walking out the door as they are asking you if you have any questions like they can't be bothered to spend more than 3 minutes in your room. I love my doctor personally but this office has just gotten to big for any personal touch :(
I went in today thinking I had an appointment today but it is actually tomorrow. They fit me right in with little to no wait! I'm on our second child and have had complications in between but the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating!
