We left Orland Park Toyota because they had bad customer service and they didn’t care that we came back to buy another car. So we left and took our business to Oaklawn . Sales manager Steve welcomed us and took care of us each time we went back. We have leased many cars from them and my in-laws. So worth checking them out!

Customer service is garbage. Manager From the Aftermarket Accessories department is a complete liar. 2 months after the purchase of a highlander they still can't even get the running boards in stock. 1st time i took the truck they said they had my tow hitch and running boards. left the truck overnight. went the next night they said the runningboards and hitch was installed. Only the hitch was installed. they lie right in your face. I recommend going to another toyota dealer
