Worst customer service ever, I was recommended by friends that Toyota was a great brand car to buy so I go to the nearest dealer by me which is you guys in oak lawn only to arrive and be ignored I personally had to go inside and ask all the sales person who could help me out and I still waited for someone for 20 minutes outside. RecommendedMy wait time for oil change and tire rotation was under an hour so that was great. Frank the service associate was very knowledgeable with my questions and was just an overall cool experience in the waiting room.

This is our 3rd vehicle from Oaklawn Toyota, & we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Always a smooth transaction! Just waiting for our 3rd vehicle to be delivered, but due to Hurricane, we're sure it will be a tad bit late. Can't control Mother Nature!

This is a great place! The employees were all super helpful and helped me out with my first ever car buying experience. They let me look at cars in my price range and helped me find a car I love for an affordable price.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service at this Toyota dealership, along with the unprofessional attitude and misleading information that was given to me by the sales consultant. I was told that in order for me to finance a vehicle I would need a $20,000 to $30,000 down payment. This is outrages!!.Not only was the sales consultant rushing me out, I was not provided with additional answers to my questions. They had excellent variety in their inventory. Liz Chavez was a great sales rep on our test drive and made the subsequent purchase process very easy. The finance office was understaffed for the strong sales day they had to end a promotion, but they did stay quite late to finish the deal and allow us to drive happily away in our new Toyota.
