RecommendedWe bought our Camry from Oak Lawn Toyota, and have had all the required services done by them. They are always very courteous and explain what they need to do. Just had it in for a 55,000 mile oil change and some replacement hoses etc.. We have faith in what they do, and haven’t had any problems.

Unhappy customer! I understand that service on a Saturday is hectic but, then schedule the man power to service your customers in a timely manner. 1 1/2 hours for a oil change and wiper blade replacement is ridiculous. Not to mention that I had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited 15 minutes to just check-in at the service write-up counter. oaklawn toyota almost ruined my car! there was a noise in my brand new car whenever i drive over a bump or switch between drive and reverse it turns out the geniuses at oaklawn toyota left the hood prop loose when they changed my oil, i took it to the toyota in hodgkins because oaklawn toyota didn't have an appointment for me they fixed it, oaklawn toyota wouldn't even give me anything for the waist of time and money they have caused, i will never go to them ever again i also warned my family to never go there either.
Do NOT buy online from Oak Lawn Toyota!!! I purchased a “Certified” Tundra from them online and dealt with their GM John Carnivele directly to negotiate the purchase. When I asked about the condition of the vehicle, he told me that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that it passed the Toyota Certified Used Vehicle 160 point inspection and that “If it had failed in any way we would have gotten rid of it.” I paid $1500 to Oak Lawn Toyota to cover their cost to ship the ...Continue Reading

I was working working with another Toyota Dealer since Oct 2017 and could not get my issue resolved. It was suggested to me to try another dealer and I did. My car was fixed in less than a week. I love this dealer and will be going here from now on for service. I worked with Oscar Rivera and he was on point from setting me up with a rental for a day and informing things about Toyota that I wasn't aware of.
