RecommendedBeen a costumer for 10 years at Oakland Toyota, I have never been disappointed, all very nice & friendly. My to go guy is Cesar, he is just the best. Answers all my questions makes me feel at ease, he also speaks Spanish which can be helpful to some of us. You just feel welcome and know they will take very good care of your car. I came in on December 30th looking to purchase a brand new Toyota Camry, I was approached by bob spee and he had given me the best service I could ask for and got me in my brand new car and on my way! He simplified the whole process and definetly made me feel welcomed! Will definitely be coming back to this place for all my vehicle needs

My experience with the people at Oak Lawn Toyota service department is excellent, people is really courteous and helpful just to name Frank, Erick,Cesar and Juan. Always that I stop by to service my cars If the service is going to take little longer than usual I ask them for a courtesy ride to my house and they provide me with it and call me when my car is ready and ask me if I need a ride back to pick my car. Great experience with the service department! Got an appointment on a day and time that was convenient, and they did all I asked and then some. They were very helpful and informative about what they were doing. Kudos to the service dept!
