RecommendedWent for my routine oil change for my older RAV4. (That I purchased 10 years ago from here). As always, Toyota in Oak Lawn treated me like my car was new! Best service in the state.. Never take my car anywhere else. The service department is the best!!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change. 2 technicians told me 2 different things I needed done on my car. Didn't even do a diagnostic test. Shady ��

I needed to bring my Sienna in due to a factory recall. The service was fantastic--easy to make an appointment online, polite staff, let me know the anticipated time-frame and met that time-frame. I'm taking off a star for the irritation of the sheer number of emails/texts I have received since badgering me to write a review!!!! At least 10+ received in the days since my service appointment.
