Unorganized and poor customer service.
Back in November, I was in desperate need of a car. My one car that could transport my family of 6 was no longer functioning. Tina and Frank worked with me ALL day accommodating my needs and finding me a car that would work for my family in the price range that was affordable! When my family finds it feasible we will be going back to Tina to find our second family car and I hope to work with Frank in finance again as well! Thank you for the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!
Manny, helped me find the car I was looking for, he was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great service from all the staff there, friendly and relaxed, no pressure. I will tell all my friends and family to shop here when looking for a car. Toyota's are great cars!!
